The Role

We are looking for an experienced mechanic to join our team in Kingston upon Thames reconditioning premium bicycles to 'as new' condition. The role will be incredibly varied as we have no affiliation with any particular brand; we cover them all! You will have keen attention to detail and take pride in your workmanship, learning new techniques and a deeper understanding of premium brands, ensuring each and every bicycle is completed to exceed customer expectations. We specialise in the premium road segment; however, you will also need to be familiar with MTB and market leading ebike platforms.

Your skills must include:

  • Minimum 2 years workshop experience with premium bicycles
  • Excellent working knowledge of modern bicycle standards and systems
  • Ability to service and repair bicycles to the highest standard and within expected timeframes
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Be a team player but also work effectively on your own
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to ever evolving bicycle design and platforms
