Keep the Cycle Exchange engine running at peak performance. You\’ll play a vital role in delivering quality at every touchpoint—from ensuring customers receive their orders, to showcasing products on our website, managing bikes through the refurb system, and collaborating across teams to keep operations seamless and customer satisfaction high. This is a hands‑on role where you\’ll make a real impact daily, connecting our warehouse operation, online presence, and in‑store customer experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Order management from creation through to dispatch and after sales
  • Working with our industry partners, from supply to final delivery
  • Receiving bicycles, assisting with inspecting and reporting of condition
  • Assisting with product flow with our listing team
  • Facilitating transfers between store and warehouse
  • Stock management
  • Working alongside our sales and workshop teams to optimise workflow
