The Opportunity

We're looking for a Marketing Executive who can juggle multiple projects, coordinate seamlessly with stakeholders, and execute exciting online and offline marketing initiatives. If you love crafting compelling brand stories, working closely with sales teams, and driving consumer engagement, this role is for you!

Responsibilities

  • Sales Collaboration & Product Positioning: Work closely with the Sales Management team to define clear product positioning for brand and retail campaigns.
  • Campaign Performance Tracking: Analyze and report campaign effectiveness, providing insights to optimize future activations.
  • Lead Generation & Awareness: Collaborate with performance marketing team and digital agencies to drive traffic and generate leads.
  • Marketing Collateral Management: Ensure timely delivery of high-quality marketing materials that engage and inform customers.
  • Event & Roadshow Coordination: Plan and execute memorable events that create buzz and engagement.
  • Agency & Vendor Management: Collaborate with creative agencies, media partners, and event organizers to bring campaigns to life. Provide clear and insight-driven briefs to creative agencies, ensuring messaging aligns with business objectives and resonates with the target audience.

Requirements

  • No prior experience is necessary or candidates with up to 3 years of working experience.
  • Tertiary education in marketing, business, or communications-related fields are preferred.
  • Interest in understanding products and finding ways to bridge product USPs to customer needs.
  • A creative, hands-on problem-solver, looking to roll up your sleeves and tackle tasks, no matter how big or small.
  • Team player and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Familiar with SEO, SEM, remarketing, eDMs, and digital communication are preferred but not necessary.
