The Opportunity

We are looking for a dedicated Officer - Customer Service to be part of the Mercedes-Benz customer service team. You will be taking on the boutique sales portfolio. Being in a dynamic environment, you are expected to adapt, pick up and apply new skills and knowledge which will be necessary to your success in this role.

The Job

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and provide professional product knowledge and recommendations to customers.
  • Drive boutique sales and achieve team sales targets.
  • Attend to customer enquiries, both in-person and via email or phone.
  • Perform cashiering duties, including processing payments and maintaining accurate daily sales and transaction records.
  • Manage pre-orders and proactively update customers on order and delivery status.
  • Monitor and maintain boutique inventory levels, including placing replenishment orders when necessary.
  • Ensure stock accuracy through monthly stock takes.
  • Maintain proper records of inventory movement, sales reports, and supporting documentation.
  • Prepare, process, and manage invoices, receipts, purchase orders, and other related administrative paperwork accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure the boutique is well-maintained, visually appealing, and aligned with brand standards at all times.

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels and above with preferably at least 2 years of retail service experience.
  • Demonstrate good communication skills with excellent customer service attitude.
  • Well-versed in the English language.
