Overview
Our Residence Inn guests (the Maximizers) stay longer and expect more – more space, more flexibility, more local insight. Our MOXY guests come for the buzz, the bar and the atmosphere. One building. Two brands. One amazing crew.
What You\\\’ll Be Doing
- Food and beverage preparation and mise en place
- Assisting with receiving, storage and stock rotation
- Maintaining excellent food safety and hygiene standards
- Supporting service for breakfast, bar service and functions
- Preparing outlets and service areas
- Delivering friendly, efficient table and bar service
- Recording and replenishing stock
- Processing bills in line with hotel procedures
- Supporting minibar ordering and storage
- Building positive working relationships across departments
- Attending daily briefings and team meetings
- Receiving cross-training at Reception
- Carrying out other duties as required
