We are looking for a welcoming and motivated Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests.
Working Hours
This role operates on a rotating shift schedule:
- Early Shift: 06:45 - 15:15
- Late Shift: 14:30 - 23:00
Availability to work both early and late shifts, including weekends and public holidays, is required.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and guest inquiries
- Provide excellent customer service in person, by phone, and via email
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest records
- Liaise with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently
Qualifications
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-presented and reliable
- Comfortable using computers and booking systems (training provided)
- Ability to work rotating shifts as listed above
- Previous hotel or customer service experience is an advantage, but not essential
