The Wi-Fi is speedy and the cushy beds are freshly made, but more importantly, the bar is always open and ‘the crew’ is always on duty to serve. Our crew can do it all! Bartender, greeter, front desk attendant, speedy internet surfing problem solver… all you, all of the time.

As a Moxy Crew Member, you’ll deliver engaging, efficient, and memorable guest experiences across Front Office and Beverage, supporting the hotel’s commercial and service objectives:

  • Providing a warm, confident welcome at check-in and delivering a high-energy bar experience throughout the day and evening.
  • Demonstrating full knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and promotions, actively maximising room and beverage sales.
  • Promoting and enrolling guests into the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty programme, clearly communicating benefits and value.
  • Anticipating guest needs and responding to requests promptly, professionally, and with personality.
  • Operating Front Office and Beverage systems including PMS, POS, and payment platforms, ensuring accuracy at all times.
  • Processing payments in line with company policy, maintaining accurate cash handling and float controls.
  • Supporting room inventory management and contributing to occupancy and revenue optimisation.
  • Managing guest communications, messages, and calls efficiently and in line with brand standards.
  • Sharing local knowledge to enhance the guest experience and support destination discovery.
  • Consistently delivering the Moxy service style — relaxed, modern, friendly, and authentic.
  • Supporting other departments as required to meet business needs.
  • Assisting with luggage, deliveries, and general operational tasks in a safe and efficient manner.

What do you need to bring?

  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Numeracy, literacy & IT skills.
  • Customer service and cash handling experience.
  • Previous experience within a similar role within a hotel environment.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Assist others within and outside of immediate department.
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time.
  • Flexibility, being able to start early, finish late and occasional night shifts.
  • Self-motivated.
