The 55 by Le Mirage is Bayswater’s Premier Boutique Hotel, situated with close connections to Notting Hill, Hyde Park and Paddington. At the 55 by Le Mirage we are looking for people who are thoughtful and reliable and who show they care by making guests feel totally comfortable. We put people at the heart of everything we do and are looking to recruit a friendly, spirited Night Guest Services Agent.

What will you be doing?
- Carry out the minimum of 2 security checks at regular intervals with special emphasis on security, fire and safety.
- Check hotel guests in and out and assist with luggage when required.
- Serve light snacks to company standards.
- Ensure all revenue is correctly charged and monies are securely kept.
- To ensure the total cash takings balance with the Mews settlements report and the receipt sheet and to complete the banking according to the correct procedure.
- Ensure a sound knowledge of the local area regarding history, places of interest and special events and where further information can be obtained.
- Actioning of early morning calls at the time specified and to the standards laid down.
- The preparation of Breakfast Service.
- Cleaning of areas as requested, removal of all trays from public areas, bedroom corridors as necessary.
- To attend all relevant training as and when required.
- To show willingness to take on additional responsibilities when necessary.
- The role has an element of F&B service.
