- Experience in supervising a team of wait staff.
- Effectively manage staffing costs by preparing efficient work schedules in line with legal requirements.
- On an ongoing basis, control and analyse departmental costs.
- Experience in restaurants & ability to express your passion for creating one-of-a-kind experiences for our guests and team members, embodying our commitment to exceptional service.
