The 144-room Ibis Bridgwater – opened in March 2021 – is managed by Cycas Hospitality. The five-storey property incorporates a ground‑floor restaurant and meeting facilities.

The Role

We are looking for a responsible and reliable Night Receptionist to join our team at ibis Bridgwater. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and smooth operation of the hotel during the night, while providing excellent customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming and assisting late-arriving guests
  • Managing night check-ins and check-outs
  • Ensuring the security of the hotel during night hours
  • Carrying out regular security checks and patrols
  • Cleaning and maintaining public areas, including reception, corridors, and guest facilities
  • Setting up breakfast areas and carrying out light cleaning duties
  • Handling guest queries and resolving issues professionally
  • Completing night audit tasks and basic administrative duties

  • Previous hotel or night work experience preferred (but not essential)
  • Friendly, calm, and professional manner
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability
