YOUR CORE PURPOSE WILL BE:
- To demonstrate the highest standards of food and beverage and hospitality
- Assist with the receiving and storage of goods
- Maintain good food safety, hygiene standards and practices
- Assists with the preparation of a food and beverage outlet for service including:
- Cleaning of equipment and maintaining glassware and china for service
- Preparation of service stations and tables
- Table service and the serving of beverages
- Recording of replacement stock
- Billing procedures of items consumed in line with hotel policy
- Ordering and storage of minibar items
- Cellar Operations
- Maintain a high level of knowledge, which will enhance the guest experience
- Demonstrate a service attitude that exceeds expectations
- Take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints
- Be able to promote the hotel products and services
- Demonstrate a good understanding and awareness of all policies and procedures relating to Health, Hygiene and Fire Life Safety
