Your core purpose will be:

  • Reporting to the Front Office Manager you will ensure the smooth and efficient running of the hotel to the satisfaction of all guests' needs.
  • The night audit is completed to fulfil all audit and statistical information requirements for the hotel.
  • To ensure the security of hotel guests/whole hotel and to provide services for hotel guests.
