What you will be doing:
- Effectively run and supervise any or allocated kitchen sections to the required standards.
- Ensure that all the preparation of the designated section is complete and ready for service.
- Keep a good stock of our inventory and manage waste in best practice.
- Ensuring that the designated sections are cleaned and organized.
- Support the Executive and Sous Chefs in delivering the required standard of food.
- Guide, train and delegate jobs to Junior Chefs as well as support their development.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations of Bankside.
We are looking for someone who…
