The predicted salary is between 25000 - 30000 £ per year.
Deliver F&B service of a high standard and in accordance with departmental standards and procedures. Develop departmental standards and procedures to promote sales and beverage creativity and profit. Delivers daily briefings and attends other food and beverage meetings as scheduled. Prepares for service by ensuring the department's equipment are clean, outlet is ready for service and guest comfort. Carries out effective service by ensuring all staff are aware of their roles and responsibilities. Take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints and concerns. Train food and beverage assistants in basic beverage knowledge and beverage service. Complete spillage report and submit to line manager at the conclusion of each shift. Assist F&B manager to source and review entertainment as appropriate. Design promotional material which is aimed at increasing revenue, covers and profit for bar with the approval of line manager.
Qualifications
- Previous experience within a similar role within a hotel environment
- Strong background in food and beverage outlets, restaurants
- Strong communicator and team management skills
- Organizational skills with ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast moving, and demanding environment
- IT Literate
- Fluency in English
