We are seeking a dynamic, proactive, and hands‑on Assistant Front of House Manager to join our team at Four Points Flex by Sheraton London Shoreditch East. Key Responsibilities
- Support the Front Office Manager in overseeing daily operations across Front Office and F&B
- Take a proactive, hands‑on approach to leadership, leading by example during busy service periods
- Ensure a smooth, efficient, and elegant check‑in and check‑out experience
- Deliver and uphold exceptional guest relations standards, handling enquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally
- Monitor guest feedback and implement initiatives for continuous service improvement
- Lead, train, coach and develop team members to ensure consistent service excellence
- Assist with staff scheduling, performance management, and departmental training plans
- Drive a culture aligned with Marriott values, fostering collaboration, accountability and positivity
- Ensure compliance with all Marriott brand standards, policies, and procedures
- Maintain strong interdepartmental communication to deliver a seamless guest journey
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in Front Office or Guest Services within a quality hotel environment
- Excellent guest relations experience with a genuine passion for personalised service
- Strong leadership and team development skills, with the ability to train, coach and inspire others
- A hands‑on management style and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Strong organisational, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities
- Knowledge of front office systems and operational procedures
- A professional, positive attitude aligned with Marriott’s culture and service philosophy
- Marriott experience is very welcome.
