The Role: Guest Service Agent (Receptionist) - 40 hrs/week
As a Guest Service Agent, you’ll be the face of our hotel and the heartbeat of our guest experience. From check-in to check-out, you’ll ensure every guest feels truly welcomed and cared for. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Greet guests with warmth and professionalism
- Handle check-ins, room allocation, and check-outs
- Manage and adjust room reservations
- Respond to guest needs, complaints, and special requests
- Present hotel services and promote loyalty programs
- Maintain a tidy, secure, and efficient front desk
- Process payments and run administrative reports
- Host social evenings for our guests
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B teams to ensure smooth operations
