We are looking for a Night Hotel Host to join the team here at Bankside Hotel – voted one of the Best Places to Work in Hospitality for 3 years in a row!
Shift pattern: 4 days on / 4 days off, 12‑hour shifts equating to 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities- Paint a fantastic first impression by creating a welcoming environment for all guests.
- Focus on guest recognition and develop guest‑relations skills.
- Work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Maintain high standards with great attention to detail.
- Be natural, genuine, and non‑scripted.
- Good level of English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
- Experience with Hotel Opera or other Hotel PMS systems.
- Be flexible and respond quickly and positively to changing business requirements.
- Make it easy for guests and colleagues by communicating effectively and being creative.
- Take personal responsibility and initiative to resolve niggles in your own way.
- Show love towards guests and teammates, understanding their individual value within Bankside.
- Show passion for product knowledge, local area, and continuously develop this knowledge.
