About CybSafe
CybSafe is a human risk management platform helping organisations reduce cyber risk driven by human behaviour. We work with mid-market and enterprise customers globally and are shaping a fast growing category at the intersection of cybersecurity, behavioural science, and applied AI.
The role
We’re hiring a marketing manager to translate deep understanding of our market and buyers into shipped marketing and revenue impact. This is a hands‑on role with ownership across campaigns, demand generation, and product messaging. You’ll plan marketing activity, execute it, and optimise it based on performance. Strategy matters, but only where it leads to live work and clear outcomes. You’ll work closely with the CEO, sales, product, leadership, and external partners to ensure marketing is focused, consistent, and effective.
What you will do
- Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across content, digital, and events
- Drive demand generation programmes that create qualified pipeline and measurable ROI
- Work with sales to translate revenue goals into lead and opportunity targets
- Develop and evolve clear positioning and messaging grounded in buyer insight, competitive context, and real sales conversations, and apply it consistently across campaigns, website, and sales assets
- Coordinate agencies and freelancers to support execution and maintain quality and coherence
- Track performance across channels, report on results, and optimise based on data
You’re not on your own. Our marketing agencies and freelancers exist to support you, as you drive increasingly effective marketing execution.
What you bring
- Experience turning market insight into clear messaging, outbound execution, sales briefings, and pipeline impact
- A strong grasp of B2B buyer behaviour, with the ability to quickly build insight through customer conversations, sales feedback, market signals, and competitive analysis
- The ability to zoom out to see the big picture, and zoom in to write the one pager, build the deck, and brief the sales team yourself
- Confidence with building systems, workflows, and processes from scratch
- Strong judgement at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing, informed by real buyer and market understanding rather than internal assumptions
- A commercial mindset and a data driven approach to prioritisation and optimisation
- Strong project management skills and the ability to run multiple campaigns at once
Experience using AI tools or agents to increase speed, insight or quality is a strong advantage.
You might be a fit if you
- Have experience in growth marketing, outbound marketing, demand generation, or a similar role in a B2B technology environment, with clear evidence of increasing responsibility and impact. Years of experience matter less than what you have shipped, owned, and learned. Security experience is a plus
- Have a proven track record of driving pipeline growth through creative or innovative outbound campaigns
- Are proficient with core tools such as HubSpot and Google Analytics, with curiosity and confidence exploring newer tools such as Clay, CommonRoom, Phantombuster, or similar
- Thrive in lean, high performing teams and enjoy being close to the work
- Are early to mid career, energetic, ambitious, and motivated to prove impact through results
- Have progressed quickly in previous roles or taken on responsibility beyond your formal title, and can point to concrete outcomes you drove
How success will be measured
- Campaigns ship consistently and improve over time
- Marketing contribution to qualified pipeline is clear and growing
- Sales has confidence in messaging and supporting assets because they clearly reflect how buyers think, decide, and buy
- Decisions are driven by performance data
Why this role matters

Functional marketing excellence is expected; what will set you apart is how deeply you understand the market and how effectively you turn that understanding into action.
If you want pace, accountability, and the opportunity to build a strong execution track record, we would love to hear from you.
Must have permanent right to work in the UK.
