We are looking for a driven and commercially sharp Partner Lead to build and own Cyble's partner ecosystem across Europe. This is an individual contributor (IC) role designed for someone who thrives in a builder environment — someone who can establish partnerships from the ground up, operate with autonomy, and drive measurable revenue through the channel. As Cyble scales across EMEA, this role carries a clear path to leadership. The right candidate will grow the practice and, as the partner portfolio matures, transition into a team leadership position overseeing a regional partner organisation.
What You’ll Do At Cyble
- Partner Strategy & Planning
- Define and own the Europe partner strategy in alignment with Cyble's global GTM framework
- Develop annual and quarterly partner business plans, including revenue targets, pipeline goals, and partner activation milestones
- Identify and prioritise the right partner archetypes for Europe — Regional MSSPs/System integrators/Telcos/VARs, and distributors
- Maintain a clear view of competitive partner positioning and market whitespace across key European markets
- Partner Recruitment & Enablement
- Recruit, onboard, and activate net-new partners across priority European markets including UK, DACH, Benelux, Nordics, and Southern Europe
- Design and deliver structured partner enablement programmes — sales training, technical certification pathways, and co‑marketing toolkits
- Build deep executive relationships with partner leadership, champion Cyble's value proposition, and position Cyble as a must‑have in partner portfolios
- GTM Execution & Revenue Growth
- Own partner sales motion & revenue target - drive partner‑sourced and partner‑influenced deals through joint business development, account mapping, and co‑sell motions
- Own QBR cadences with key partners; track KPIs including partner‑sourced ARR, deal registrations, and partner‑influenced revenue
- Represent Cyble at industry events, partner summits, and regional conferences across Europe
- Operational Excellence
- Maintain accurate and timely partner pipeline reporting through CRM/PRM
- Collaborate closely with global partner, marketing, product, and sales engineering teams to deliver a cohesive partner experience
- Feed market intelligence and partner feedback into Cyble's product and GTM roadmap
Experience What You’ll Need:
- 5+ years in partner management, channel sales, or alliance roles within cybersecurity
- Demonstrated track record of building and scaling partner ecosystems from early stage, including MSSPs, SI, and consulting firm partnerships
- Experience owning and exceeding partner‑sourced revenue targets in a quota‑carrying capacity
- Prior exposure to threat intelligence, SOC services, MDR, or dark web monitoring is a strong advantage
Skills & Competencies
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate regional market dynamics into a concrete, executable partner plan
- Commercially driven — comfortable engaging at C‑suite and senior partner leadership levels
- Strong executive presence and communication skills; confident presenting to both technical and business audiences
- Operationally disciplined with strong CRM hygiene and pipeline management habits
- Entrepreneurial mindset — able to work independently, prioritise ruthlessly, and build processes in ambiguous environments
Location & Travel
- Based in London or Amsterdam (hybrid working model)
- Willingness to travel across Europe as required (approximately 30–40% travel)
Why Cyble?
- Be the first dedicated Partner Lead for Europe — build something meaningful, not inherit someone else's playbook
- Clear and committed path to leadership as the European partner organisation scales
- Competitive base salary, OTE, and equity participation
- Work alongside a globally recognised threat intelligence platform with proven enterprise and government traction
- Collaborate with a leadership team that has deep cybersecurity operator experience and a genuine partner‑first conviction
