About the role

We’re looking for a commercially driven Digital Growth Lead to take ownership of how Cybit is discovered, experienced and converted in an AI-driven buying world. This role requires a strong balance of technical skills and commercial awareness. This role sits at the intersection of website, search, AI visibility and conversion.

What you’ll be doing

  • Own and optimise the website as a revenue generation platform
  • Position the website as a growth engine that clearly communicates Cybit’s value and differentiation
  • Optimise landing pages, site structure and user journeys to improve engagement and conversion
  • Drive AI search visibility (core to the role)
  • Assess Cybit’s visibility in AI-generated answers, identify competitor advantages and close gaps
  • Map how buyers use AI and search to find solutions and suppliers
  • Optimise content for AI discovery, citation and user experience
  • Improve search and digital discoverability
  • Strengthen technical SEO foundations for better performance and discoverability
  • Increase visibility beyond branded search through problem- and solution-led content
  • Build scalable content structures that support long‑term growth
  • Own and optimise the end‑to‑end user journey, using data‑driven testing and refinement
  • Focus on increasing visitor → lead conversion, not just traffic, through effective UX and CTAs
  • Structure content to demonstrate Cybit USP
  • Create clear, buyer‑focused content that simplifies complex solutions
  • Drive engagement and conversion through effective content pathways and CTAs
  • Manage website integration with HubSpot, Lead Forensics, Sales Navigator, Zoom webinar and CRM systems plus any others identified
  • Ensure seamless lead capture and accurate data flow, deliver visitor insight, reporting and campaign tracking
  • Drive qualified, non‑branded traffic, leads and pipeline
  • Report on commercial impact, not just channel metrics

About You

  • Highly proficient in WordPress, including site structure, performance, plugins and optimisation
  • Have a solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and general front‑end behaviour
  • Are comfortable independently troubleshooting and improving site performance
  • Understand how technical decisions impact search visibility, user experience and conversion
  • Are confident managing integrations with CRM and marketing platforms (e.g. HubSpot)
  • Commercially minded and focused on driving growth, visibility and conversion
  • Experienced in website development, SEO and conversion optimisation
  • Data‑driven, with the ability to turn insight into action
  • Focused on user journeys and outcomes, not just platforms and features
  • Confident challenging the status quo and recommending the right solutions for the business
  • Curious about AI, how it's changing search and buyer behaviour, and willing to experiment with new approaches
  • Comfortable working with tools that help understand user behaviour and drive performance improvements, such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Heatmapping and user behaviour tools (e.g. Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity), conversion tracking and funnel analysis
  • Experience with A/B testing or structured optimisation approaches is highly valuable
  • Ability to assess when different platforms are appropriate and make recommendations accordingly

Search, structure and AI‑readiness

The website must be built for both human users and machine interpretation, you should have:

  • A strong understanding of technical SEO fundamentals
  • Experience improving site structure and internal linking, Metadata and indexing and page performance
  • Familiarity with structured content and schema markup (e.g. Schema.org)
  • An understanding of how content clarity, structure and authority influence AI‑driven search and answer engines

Experience with the following is highly desirable:

  • Webflow – for agile, high‑performance, design‑led marketing websites
  • HubSpot CMS – for tight alignment between website, CRM, automation and lead generation
  • Headless CMS platforms (e.g. Contentful, Sanity) – for scalable, API‑driven architectures
  • Familiarity with modern front‑end approaches (e.g. React / Next.js) is a bonus
