Everyone Active is seeking an ambitious and self-motivated individual to lead Cheam Leisure Centre and embrace our mission of 30 minutes of activity 5 times a week. You will drive income targets, manage day-to-day operations, and maintain the highest levels of customer service and safety.
You will support health and safety, develop the team, and lead on activity programming while maintaining IT systems and reporting. There is potential to step into the General Manager role when required.
