At Stratford Leisure Centre, Everyone Active is seeking an ambitious and self‑motivated individual to take on the role of Duty Manager, embracing our brand mission of 30 minutes of activity five times a week.

Responsibilities

  • Support health and safety and drive customer service excellence.
  • Lead and motivate a diverse team, fully embracing our company values.
  • Maintain high customer service standards.
  • Provide excellent verbal, written and IT communication.
  • Create an environment where colleagues can achieve their full potential.
  • Control costs and drive income in all areas of the business.
  • Demonstrate exceptional time management and deadline compliance.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a supervisory role at a busy leisure centre.
  • Relevant qualifications – National Pool Lifeguard, First Aid at Work, Pool Plant Operator desirable.
  • Will require DBS clearance.
  • Availability for day, evening and weekend work, including public holidays.
