Everyone Active is currently seeking an ambitious and self‑motivated individual to take on this role and embrace our brand mission of 30 minutes of activity 5 times a week. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our active community sessions at a variety of venues and delivering an exciting and varied programme for all ages during term times and holidays.
We need an activity and wellbeing instructor who will:
- Have experience in working with children, interacting and engaging with a range of ages
- Create a fun and friendly environment in activity sessions
- Be both a positive role model for the active communities team and consistently promote the company’s vision and values
- Be able to deal with child behavioural strategies
- Work with a wide variety of stakeholders and partners including clubs, schools and local groups
- Be reliable and have good time‑keeping skills
- Have a minimum of Level 2 coaching/leading/fitness qualifications or equivalent, ideally one in sports leadership. Training can be arranged if needed and will require a DBS to be completed prior to starting.
