At Tudor Grange Leisure Centre, Everyone Active is currently seeking an ambitious and self‑motivated individual to take on this role and is ready to embrace our brand mission of 30 minutes of activity 5 times a week.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive income targets and financial KPIs.
  • Support health and safety and drive operational excellence while supporting the development of the centre and the team.
  • Manage the day‑to‑day operations of the centre ensuring that the highest levels of customer service and safety are achieved.
  • Lead on areas such as increasing activity and ensuring all programming is working effectively.
  • Be a role model for the centre’s team, creating a fun and friendly environment for colleagues and customers alike.
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a good understanding of IT.
  • Lead the operations team and have specific responsibility for managing the Everyone Active Quality Management Systems and processes in all areas of the business.
  • Step up to the role of General Manager in the absence of the General Manager.
  • Perform day, evening and weekend work, including public holidays, and cover shifts as required.

Qualifications:

  • National Pool Lifeguard, First Aid at Work & Pool Plant Operators qualifications are desirable. Training will be given and you will be expected to achieve these in an agreed timescale.
