About the Role
At Kirkby Leisure Centre, Everyone Active is currently seeking an ambitious and self‑motivated individual to embrace our brand mission of 30 minutes of activity 5 times a week. The successful candidate will support health and safety operations, drive customer service excellence and manage the lifeguard team.
Responsibilities
- Provide safe and effective pool supervision
- Lead and motivate a diverse team fully embracing company values
- Maintain high customer service standards
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness and housekeeping within the centre
- Take on the Duty Manager role when needed
- Demonstrate exceptional time management and deadline compliance
National Pool Lifeguard qualification is required. NPLQ training will be provided. First Aid at Work & Pool Plant Operators qualifications are required and training will also be provided. This position involves day, evening and weekend work, including public holidays, and requires a DBS to be completed prior to starting.
