At Moberly, Everyone Active is seeking an ambitious and self-motivated individual to join our brand mission of 30 minutes of activity 5 times a week. The successful candidate will support health and safety operations, drive customer service excellence and manage the lifeguard team.

We are looking for a Team Leader who will:

  • Provide safe and effective pool supervision
  • Lead and motivate a diverse team while embracing our company values
  • Maintain high customer service standards
  • Ensure high levels of cleanliness and housekeeping within the centre
  • Be able to take on the Duty Manager role when needed
  • Demonstrate exceptional time management and deadline compliance

Qualifications

  • National Pool Lifeguard qualification (NPLQ) is required; NPLQ training will be provided
  • First Aid at Work & Pool Plant Operators qualifications are required; training will be provided
  • DBS check is required prior to starting
  • Role involves day, evening and weekend work, including public holidays
