At Moberly, Everyone Active is seeking an ambitious and self-motivated individual to join our brand mission of 30 minutes of activity 5 times a week. The successful candidate will support health and safety operations, drive customer service excellence and manage the lifeguard team.
We are looking for a Team Leader who will:
- Provide safe and effective pool supervision
- Lead and motivate a diverse team while embracing our company values
- Maintain high customer service standards
- Ensure high levels of cleanliness and housekeeping within the centre
- Be able to take on the Duty Manager role when needed
- Demonstrate exceptional time management and deadline compliance
Qualifications
- National Pool Lifeguard qualification (NPLQ) is required; NPLQ training will be provided
- First Aid at Work & Pool Plant Operators qualifications are required; training will be provided
- DBS check is required prior to starting
- Role involves day, evening and weekend work, including public holidays
