Responsibilities
- Hold a minimum Level 3 exercise referral qualification
- Successfully complete exercise programming, monitoring and evaluating of clients and delivery of health assessments
- Actively and consistently promote the company’s vision and values
- Complete admin duties and effectively use the telephone and basic computer software systems
- Be highly motivated, knowledgeable and passionate about health, exercise and rehabilitation
- Motivate clients to achieve their personal exercise goals
- Demonstrate an understanding and caring nature toward exercise referral clients
