Location: At Daventry Leisure Centre, Everyone Active is currently seeking an ambitious and self‑motivated individual to take on this role and is ready to embrace our brand mission of 30 minutes of activity 5 times a week.

Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for driving income targets and financial KPIs, supporting health and safety, and driving operational excellence while supporting the development of the centre and the team.

  • Manage the day‑to‑day operations of the centre ensuring that the highest levels of customer service and safety are achieved.
  • Lead on areas such as increasing activity and ensure all programming is working effectively.
  • Be both a role model for the centre’s team and create a fun and friendly environment for both colleagues and customers alike.
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as a good understanding of IT.
  • Lead the operations team and have specific responsibility for managing the Everyone Active Quality Management Systems and processes in all areas of the business.
  • In the absence of the General Manager, step up to the role as needed.
  • National Pool Lifeguard, First Aid at Work & Pool Plant Operators qualifications are desirable. Training will be given and you will be expected to achieve this in an agreed timescale.
  • Work day, evening and weekend shifts, including public holidays; may be required to cover shifts.
