About the Role

Easton Leisure Centre, part of Everyone Active, offers award‑winning swimming lessons and seeks fully qualified swim teachers (Swim England or equivalent) to join our team of inspirational instructors.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver swimming lessons to a range of ages and skill levels, maintaining the high standards of the program.
  • Provide a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment for all participants.
  • Contribute to lesson planning and participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Requirements

  • Minimum Level 2 Swim Teacher qualification.
  • Fully qualified by Swim England or an equivalent organisation.
  • Passionate about helping people learn life‑saving swimming skills.
