We are looking for an inspiring Key Account Manager to join our team in Liverpool. As a Key Account Manager, you will play a critical role in nurturing and growing our key client relationships. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs, provide exceptional customer service, and drive revenue growth.
What you will do:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact within Cybertill.
- Understand clients’ business objectives and develop strategies to align our products and services with their goals.
- Conduct regular meetings and check‑ins with clients to assess satisfaction levels, identify opportunities, and address any concerns or issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.
- Upsell and cross‑sell Cybertill’s products and services to existing clients, aiming to maximize revenue and account growth.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and market developments, ensuring that clients receive the most relevant and valuable insights and recommendations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on how to leverage Cybertill’s solutions to drive operational efficiency, customer engagement and profitability.
