An exciting opportunity for an experienced Technical Project Manager from the MSP/IT services sector to join one of Europe’s top 50 Managed Service Providers. You’ll oversee the delivery of multiple IT infrastructure, cloud, and architectural projects - ensuring they’re delivered on time, within budget, and to exceptional quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple IT projects, ensuring governance and quality standards are met.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and documentation.
  • Coordinate engineering resources and third-party suppliers to ensure successful delivery.
  • Monitor project scope, risks, and budgets; implement mitigation and contingency strategies.
  • Communicate project status and expectations effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure seamless project handover to the Service Desk, including documentation and client information.
  • Review and validate project proposals for technical accuracy, cost, and effort.
  • Maintain decision logs, risk registers, and lessons learned documentation.
  • Support continuous improvement of the Project Framework.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing technical projects within an MSP or IT services environment.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud, and related technologies.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.
  • Strong technical and analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to balance technical and business requirements to create realistic project plans.
  • Demonstrated leadership and task management abilities.
  • Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
  • Strong presentation and client engagement skills.
