An exciting opportunity for an experienced Technical Project Manager from the MSP/IT services sector to join one of Europe’s top 50 Managed Service Providers. You’ll oversee the delivery of multiple IT infrastructure, cloud, and architectural projects - ensuring they’re delivered on time, within budget, and to exceptional quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple IT projects, ensuring governance and quality standards are met.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and documentation.
- Coordinate engineering resources and third-party suppliers to ensure successful delivery.
- Monitor project scope, risks, and budgets; implement mitigation and contingency strategies.
- Communicate project status and expectations effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure seamless project handover to the Service Desk, including documentation and client information.
- Review and validate project proposals for technical accuracy, cost, and effort.
- Maintain decision logs, risk registers, and lessons learned documentation.
- Support continuous improvement of the Project Framework.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing technical projects within an MSP or IT services environment.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud, and related technologies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.
- Strong technical and analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to balance technical and business requirements to create realistic project plans.
- Demonstrated leadership and task management abilities.
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
- Strong presentation and client engagement skills.
