Position Summary: The Solutions Architect is a key contributor to the digital transformation journey. This position is responsible for designing and implementing scalable, flexible, and forward-thinking technical solutions that align with organizational goals. The role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders, external clients, technology teams, and vendors to ensure effective delivery of modern digital systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop innovative technical solutions to modernize systems, eliminate technical debt, and support the creation of new digital products and services.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, end users, and third-party vendors to gather requirements and deliver value-driven solutions.
- Provide guidance throughout the solution lifecycle, ensuring architectural best practices and technical standards are upheld from planning through to deployment.
- Ensure new systems integrate effectively with existing platforms while maintaining data integrity, security, and system performance.
- Monitor technological advancements and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain clear and comprehensive documentation, including architectural designs, technical specifications, and operational procedures.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Strong understanding of system architecture, software development, cloud platforms (preferably Microsoft Azure), and data management.

- Familiarity with practice management, document management, workflow automation, Microsoft Fabric, service-oriented architecture, data analytics, BI tools, DevOps methodologies, and agile frameworks like SCRUM or SAFe.
- Proven ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Experience leading technical teams and delivering complex, multi-stakeholder technology projects.
