Cyberteam is seeking a highly motivated and experienced 360 Technical Recruiter to join a dynamic team. This role is perfect for a seasoned professional with a proven track record of winning new business and delivering exceptional recruitment services to clients. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from business development to candidate placement, with a strong focus on meeting client needs and delivering results quickly.
Reporting to the Practice Lead, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth of the team, helping shape the future direction of our recruitment strategy.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the entire recruitment process, from new business development and client relationship management to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing top technical candidates in both contract and permanent positions.
- Proactively seek out and win new business, building strong relationships with potential clients in both established and emerging markets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their recruitment needs are understood and met with speed and accuracy.
- Use advanced sourcing techniques to attract high-calibre candidates quickly, ensuring timely delivery of candidates to clients.
- Utilise your technical expertise to identify candidates who possess the right skills, experience, and cultural fit for clients' roles.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and operational efficiency.
- Handle multiple roles simultaneously, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality candidates to clients.
- Contribute to the growth and expansion of the business by identifying new opportunities for recruitment.
- Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role with a strong focus on technical recruitment.
- Demonstrated success in winning new business and building strong client relationships.
- Ability to deliver high-quality candidates quickly and efficiently, with a proven track record of meeting tight deadlines.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of the skills and experience required for technical roles across various industries.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage both clients and candidates effectively.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong commercial acumen and an understanding of the recruitment market.
- Experience in both the contract and permanent recruitment sectors is highly preferred.
