Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth across a portfolio of inherited accounts through proactive engagement and strategic account planning.
- Build strong, in‑person relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
- Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities by understanding client challenges and aligning relevant cyber security solutions.
- Conduct regular client meetings, QBRs, and on‑site visits to strengthen partnerships.
- Collaborate closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure solutions are tailored to client needs.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and account documentation.
- Support new business development by identifying and pursuing opportunities within both existing and net‑new accounts.
- Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, webinars, and networking forums.
Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in account management or hybrid account management/business development, ideally within Cyber Security, IT Services, or SaaS.
- Strong understanding of cyber security challenges and solution landscapes.
- Exceptional relationship‑building, communication, and consultative selling skills.
- Comfortable meeting clients face‑to‑face and developing long‑term partnerships.
- Self‑motivated, commercially minded, and able to manage multiple accounts effectively.
- UK‑based with the right to work in the UK.
