My Client are looking for an information Security and Cybersecurity Consultant to evaluate, design, and implement effective security measures to protect our organization's data and systems. The successful candidate will take a proactive approach in identifying vulnerabilities, crafting strategic solutions, and ensuring adherence to industry regulations to defend against cyber threats.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed assessments of the organization's IT infrastructure to detect vulnerabilities and potential security risks.
- Identify and analyze security risks and develop strategies to reduce them, ensuring the protection of sensitive data.
- Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and guidelines to maintain a secure operating environment.
- Lead the response efforts to security breaches, manage containment actions, and perform post-incident reviews to prevent future incidents.
- Ensure that security practices align with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Create and provide training programs to raise awareness among staff about security best practices and protocols.
- Stay informed on the latest cybersecurity trends and emerging threats, implementing proactive measures to safeguard the organization.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in information security or cybersecurity consulting, or a similar role.
