This role supports and contributes to key business initiatives by designing and delivering reliable, scalable, and efficient solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The successful candidate will be involved across the full lifecycle of solution delivery, from architecture and legacy system migration to core platform configuration, integrations, automations, and orchestration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and architect robust ServiceNow solutions aligned with business objectives
  • Support the migration of legacy systems to the ServiceNow platform
  • Configure and optimize core platform capabilities to meet organisational needs
  • Develop custom applications, integrations, and automated workflows
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

Technical Skills and Experience required

  • Extensive experience in ServiceNow development and architecture
  • Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules
  • Experience building custom applications and integrations within ServiceNow
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting
  • Solid understanding of ITSM and ITOM processes
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications are highly desirable
