About the Role

We are seeking a Account Manager to join our clients dynamic and growing team within the IT services sector. This role is ideal for someone passionate about client relationship management, business development, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will act as the voice of the client, ensuring their needs are met while driving revenue growth and retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders through regular engagement.
• Understand client requirements and recommend tailored solutions in collaboration with technical teams.
• Drive contract renewals, identify growth opportunities, and protect recurring revenue streams.
• Mediate feedback between clients and internal teams to improve service delivery.
• Inform clients about new products and services, offering personalized suggestions.
• Collaborate with marketing on client campaigns and communications.
• Identify new business opportunities and consult with prospective clients.
• Manage procurement activities including issuing sales orders and responding to invoice inquiries.
• Support clients with compliance requirements such as GDPR and cybersecurity standards.

What We\’re Looking For

• Current or recent experience in B2B account management or client services.
• Experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to adapt to different audiences.
• Confidence in discussing pricing and financial data.
• Proactive, client-focused, and results-driven with a track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Familiarity with IT systems and managed services.
