We're building an AI Front Office that autonomously runs businesses. Working alongside technical founder Kai Feller, we're assembling an elite founding team that moves fast and gets things done. This is our first dedicated talent hire, and one of the most consequential roles we'll fill this year. You'll own talent acquisition end to end - setting the strategy, building the process, and personally finding, attracting, and hiring the people who will define what Cyberstaff becomes. You'll work directly with the founder to define what great looks like, and then you’ll go and deliver it. The calibre of the team you build will determine how far and fast we grow.

What you’ll do

  • Own the full cycle - Strategy, sourcing, screening, interviewing, closing, and onboarding. Every hire is your responsibility from first touch to first day.
  • Find the best - Proactive, comprehensive and creative sourcing to engage and acquire the best talent.
  • Build the playbook from scratch - Design a thoughtful yet efficient hiring process that filters out the noise, surfaces the exceptional, and tests for qualities that define a great hire.
  • Partner closely with the founder - Translate what we're building into who we need, and extract what good looks like from the founder.
  • Run a best-in-class candidate experience - Strong employer brand representation and clear communication that delivers a delightful candidate process.

Who you are

  • Proven experience hiring top-tier talent for rapidly growing startups in competitive markets. Must have experience with technical roles, other functions are a bonus.
  • You've done it full-cycle - Run searches end to end hands-on, from strategy to close, not just coordinated them.
  • A strong hiring partner - Translate technical and business needs into clear hiring strategies and compelling candidate narratives.
  • The fundamentals we'd expect at this level - Extremely proactive, exceptional communicator, impeccably organised, ridiculously high bar, and the work ethic to match an outrageously ambitious, fast-moving startup.

Why join

  • Share options - Everyone gets equity. But unlike most, our share options translate into real value as they’ve paid out before.
  • High pay & stability - We pay top salaries and offer tangible equity. You don’t have to trade security for upside.
  • Tools for the job - Whatever helps you be more productive, you get it. The best hardware, software, and setup. We love technology.
  • Proven winning team - We’ve built, scaled, and sold large successful businesses before. Now we’re hands-on building again.
  • Warchest available - We have our own significant funds available if required. No external shareholders, no external distractions.
