We're building an AI Front Office that autonomously runs businesses. Working alongside technical founder Kai Feller, we're assembling an elite founding team that moves fast and gets things done.
As a Software Engineer, you’ll ship step-changing features fast, shaping architecture, and integrating cutting-edge AI directly into the product. You’ll design and build the scalable backend systems and intelligence layers that enable the autonomous running of thousands of businesses. This is an engineering role at its best - building what’s never existed before hands-on within a small and exceptionally talented group, that operates with a sense of urgency and passion for building innovative products.
What you’ll do:
- Build new step-changing product features end-to-end, shipping fast and often.
- Integrate cutting-edge AI directly into the product - voice, reasoning, context management, data extraction - turning static workflows into living intelligence.
- Design, build and own APIs that scale internally and externally to connect products, integrations, and intelligence systems together.
- Architect robust data flows and pipelines that fuel agent context and decision making.
- Develop backend infrastructure and intelligent automation for knowledge crawling, extraction and enrichment.
- Help shape and contribute towards our DevOps practices (CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, observability).
