We’re building an AI workforce that lets small businesses run and grow themselves. Working alongside technical founder Kai Feller, we’re assembling an elite founding team that moves fast and gets things done.
As a Software Engineer (Full Stack), you’ll work across the stack - shipping fast, shaping architecture, and integrating cutting-edge AI directly into the product. You’ll build step-changing features, design APIs that scale, and help define how we work and what we build next. This is a creative engineering role at its best - building what’s never existed before hands-on within a small collaborative group that operates with a sense of urgency and passion for building innovative products.
Role- Build new step-changing product features end-to-end, shipping fast and often.
- Integrate cutting-edge AI directly into the product - voice, reasoning, context management, data extraction - turning static workflows into living intelligence.
- Design and build efficient, flexible APIs that will scale internally and externally.
- Help shape the product, architecture, and team as we scale.
- Stay on the frontier of AI, keeping up to date with emerging tools and technologies to keep us at the edge of what’s possible.
- Deep full-stack Javascript expertise (ideally React & Node).
