Overview
We are seeking an experienced Cyber Essentials and IASME Governance auditor to support our mission of providing clear and simple cyber advice to SMEs and help them achieve the Cyber Essentials government standard and IASME Governance requirements.
You will be encouraged to pursue additional cyber security auditing certifications such as Cyber Essentials Plus, IASME Governance, and ISO2700.
Responsibilities
- Timely assessment of all Cyber Essentials submissions, aiming to respond within the same working day.
- Meet service level agreement targets in responding to live chats.
- Engage in continuous professional development to achieve Cyber Essentials Plus as a minimum.
- Once qualified, conduct Cyber Essentials Plus audits remotely or on-site (on-site audits may require overnight stays, fully funded by the company).
- Provide information security knowledge to clients seeking certification and to Sales and Customer Success Account managers to facilitate new opportunities.
- Support the rest of the team, including Customer Success and Customer Support.
- Own the delivery of Cyber Essentials certifications and provide accurate security guidance to new and existing customers about the certification process; identify potential business development opportunities.
Qualifications / Requirements
- IASME Qualified Cyber Essentials assessor
- IASME Governance Assessor qualified
- Highly motivated, positive, and with excellent interpersonal skills to deliver quality outcomes
- Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to discuss cyber security confidently with clients
