The Digital Growth Manager owns digital demand generation and awareness, website strategy, digital performance analytics and marketing technology optimisation.

Reporting into the Senior Director of Growth, this is a pivotal role driving partner and end customer awareness and acquisition. Running high-impact campaigns, optimising our digital presence, leading our CyberSmart community platform, and supporting international expansion efforts.

You will be responsible for managing one direct report, the Digital Marketing Executive, providing them with strategic guidance on digital activities and ensuring they deliver to agreed-upon timelines and KPIs. The role requires working closely with cross-functional teams including Growth, Sales, CX and Product to ensure digital marketing efforts align with growth objectives.

Responsibilities

Digital Strategy

  • Own the development of the Digital Strategy for CyberSmart for existing and new markets, in alignment with the GTM strategy
  • Own the CyberSmart website, ensuring it clearly communicates value to target audiences and drives conversions
  • Develop, execute, and optimise multi-channel digital campaigns, including paid media and paid social
  • Advise GTM leadership and inform executive decision making through the provision of data story-telling and utilisation of advanced analytics to explain ROI, campaign quality and partner and customer sentiment.
  • Advance our ability to identify demand signals in the market, enabling us to anticipate the focus offuture campaigns byIndustry or other segments
  • Act as the go-to expert for digital marketing, providing guidance and support across departments and directly supporting CyberSmart partners in their digital promotion of CyberSmart products
  • Manage relationships with digital agencies and marketing technology suppliers including LinkedIn, Meta and Reddit
  • Play a key role in managing and optimising the marketing tech stack and make recommendations for improvements.

Demand Generation

  • Manage digital demand generation, delivering qualified leads for growth including:
    • partner and customer acquisition
    • product/offering upsell opportunities within our existing partner and customer base.
  • Lead digital content production including dynamic ad imagery and video production.
  • Manage and report on digital budget for paid media and paid social activities
  • Use data-driven prioritisation to focus efforts on high-performing channels and optimise budget allocation.
  • Implement testing to improve targeting, messaging, and conversion rates.
  • Support partners and distributors to optimise their digital marketing strategies to drive partner penetration and grow their market share with CyberSmart
  • Create digital assets to support ‘through partner’ marketing campaigns

CyberSmart Community

  • Lead our CyberSmart community platform (Circle), working with cross-functional teams to drive engagement and enablement
  • Regularly analyse community data to measure effectiveness, track engagement metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Report on community insights and recommend strategic changes to key stakeholders to improve partner experience and increase participation.

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing, ideally in a B2B technology or cybersecurity environment.
  • Strong experience with digital demand generation across paid media, SEO, website conversion optimisation, and content marketing.
  • Hands-on experience managing marketing platforms and analytics tools
  • Proven ability to optimise website performance, enhance messaging, and improve conversion rates.
  • Experience managing community engagement platforms to foster partner interaction.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making to prioritise high-impact campaigns.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, balancing input from sales, product, and partners while ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Experience in partner or channel marketing is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity industry trends is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills, necessary for building close relationships with multiple stakeholders
  • Works well in a fast-paced team environment while having a focus on quality and good attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Atlassian’s Jira and Confluence is beneficial
