As an FP&A Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to drive strategic decision‑making. This position is ideal for a part‑qualified finance professional eager to grow within a dynamic, technology‑driven environment. You will leverage advanced analytics and automation tools to improve accuracy, efficiency, and insight generation.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts and budgets.
- Analyse financial performance, variances, and trends to provide actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
- Support the development of AI‑driven financial models and dashboards to enhance forecasting accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align financial plans with business objectives and customer‑centric strategies.
- Automate routine reporting processes using modern tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
- Prepare presentations and reports for leadership, highlighting key metrics and recommendations.
- Contribute to scenario modelling and sensitivity analysis for strategic planning.
- Part‑qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with ongoing studies.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) preferred.
