The Role
We are hiring Business Development Managers – Web3 across multiple regions to drive revenue growth, build strategic partnerships, and expand CyberScope's footprint globally. This is a high-impact role suited for professionals who understand the Web3 ecosystem and are comfortable selling technical, enterprise-grade security solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships with Web3 projects, VCs, launchpads, and ecosystems
- Work closely with technical, audit, and delivery teams to align client requirements with solutions
- Drive regional market expansion while collaborating with the global BD team
- Represent CyberScope at international conferences, meetups, and Web3 events
- Track pipeline performance, forecasts, and key sales KPIs
You're a Great Fit If You:
- Have proven experience in Web3, blockchain, or cybersecurity sales
- Understand security needs across DeFi, Gaming, NFTs, Stablecoins, and L1/L2 blockchains
- Bring an existing regional or global Web3 network
- Are confident in selling technical services and enterprise solutions
- Can operate independently in a remote, fast-paced, global environment
