This is a full-time remote role for a Marketing Manager specialising in SEO & Growth. The Marketing Manager will lead strategies to maximize search engine visibility, drive organic traffic, and develop growth initiatives targeting Web3-focused audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will own and execute the full-spectrum SEO strategy, covering technical optimisation, on-page enhancements, off-page authority building, and content-driven growth initiatives.
  • Conduct comprehensive SEO audits—technical, structural, and content-based—and translate findings into clear, prioritised roadmaps for implementation.
  • Lead advanced keyword research to identify high-impact opportunities across Web3 and cybersecurity domains, and develop data-driven content roadmaps to capture them.
  • Drive measurable improvements in search rankings for competitive, high-intent industry keywords, ensuring sustainable organic growth.
  • Build, manage, and scale backlink acquisition and outreach programs to strengthen domain authority and overall SEO performance.
  • Monitor organic performance metrics, analyse trends, and deliver actionable insights through regular reporting and optimisation cycles.
  • Collaborate closely with content, marketing, product, and cross-functional teams to align SEO initiatives with broader business and brand goals.
Qualifications:
  • SEO and SEM expertise, with a strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking strategies.
  • Experience in Content Marketing, Copywriting, and optimizing content for search engines.
  • Skills in Data Analytics, Google Analytics, and SEO tools such as SEMrush or Ahrefs.
  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing, Growth Hacking, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Experience managing campaigns to drive traffic and conversions in the Web3 or blockchain space is a plus.
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams and with stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
