Cyberscope is a Web3 security and assurance firm working with fast-growing crypto teams, DeFi protocols, and enterprise blockchain projects. We're hiring a Content & Creative Executive to take ownership of day-to-day marketing execution across content, design, motion, and social distribution. This role exists to ensure content and creative execution keep pace with Cyberscope's growth. This is an execution-first role for someone who is comfortable working from structured briefs and turning direction into high-quality creative output.
What you'll be responsible for:
- Executing creative and content deliverables from structured briefs and copy provided by the Marketing Manager
- Designing visual assets for social media, blogs, reports, and campaigns
- Creating motion and animated content (short clips, carousels, transitions)
- Publishing and managing social content across LinkedIn
- Formatting blog content for clarity, structure, and visual consistency
- Repurposing long-form content into short-form, social-first assets
- Maintaining brand consistency across all outputs
- Owning day-to-day creative execution without requiring constant iteration
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in content, creative, or design roles
- Proven display of design principles
- Proven experience executing from briefs and pre-written copy
- Excellent communication, research, and writing skills
- A strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices
- B2B content experience in technical or complex industries
- Motion/animation experience (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or equivalent)
- Strong graphic design skills (Figma, Adobe, Canva, or similar)
- Experience creating and publishing social media content
- Crypto-native: comfortable with Web3, DeFi, and blockchain concepts
- Able to work independently, manage output, and ship consistently
- Google Ads experience can be an asset
