The Role

We are hiring Business Development Managers – Web3 across multiple regions to drive revenue growth, build strategic partnerships, and expand CyberScope’s footprint globally. This is a high-impact role suited for professionals who understand the Web3 ecosystem and are comfortable selling technical, enterprise-grade security solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure
  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships with Web3 projects, VCs, launchpads, and ecosystems
  • Work closely with technical, audit, and delivery teams to align client requirements with solutions
  • Drive regional market expansion while collaborating with the global BD team
  • Represent CyberScope at international conferences, meetups, and Web3 events
  • Track pipeline performance, forecasts, and key sales KPIs
  • Have proven experience in Web3, blockchain, or cybersecurity sales
  • Understand security needs across DeFi, Gaming, NFTs, Stablecoins, and L1/L2 blockchains
  • Bring an existing regional or global Web3 network
  • Are confident in selling technical services and enterprise solutions
  • Can operate independently in a remote, fast-paced, global environment

  • Direct experience selling smart contract audits, penetration testing, security monitoring, or compliance
