About Us
We’re a fast-moving SaaS company with a globally scalable product, built to solve the cybersecurity talent gap. After months of development, we’re ready to launch — and now we’re looking for our first marketing hire to take us to market and build our growth engine from the ground up.
The Role
As our Founding Marketing Lead, you'll own the end-to-end marketing function. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in early-stage environments, loves testing ideas quickly, and knows how to balance strategy with execution.
What You’ll Do
- Define our go-to-market strategy and own customer acquisition across key channels
- Develop ICPs and messaging to position us clearly and competitively
- Launch and optimize campaigns across SEO, paid ads, content, email, and social
- Build and optimize the marketing website and conversion funnel
- Collaborate with the founders on launch strategy, pricing, and onboarding flows
- Set up analytics and reporting to track and improve key metrics (CAC, LTV, etc.)
- Explore partnerships, influencers, and communities for growth opportunities
- Help hire and build the marketing team as we scale
What We’re Looking For
- 3–7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or growth marketing
- Proven track record of acquiring users/customers in a startup or scale-up
- T-shaped skillset: strong in at least one area (e.g., content, paid, SEO) but comfortable across the stack
- Data-driven, hands-on, and excited to experiment
- Strong copywriting and communication skills
- Experience working with tools like HubSpot, GA4, Webflow, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Hotjar, etc.
- Bonus: experience launching in international or multilingual markets
What We Offer
- A chance to own marketing at a company from day one
- Competitive salary
- Remote-first culture with flexibility and autonomy
- Budget to experiment, learn, and grow your skillset
- Direct access to the founding team and product roadmap
