You are a dynamic Sales Director who will be responsible for creating close customer relationships at the executive level, prospecting, developing, and closing new business for CyberProof, as well as maintaining and developing business with the established client base. In addition, you will also manage the relationships with hyperscalers. You will utilise local and international sales engineering (presales) and delivery teams to provide a consultative approach and align CyberProof’s service offerings with clients' needs. This role will focus on UK and Ireland as a territory.

The Opportunity:

  • Create and implement a sales strategy and go to market plan focused on prospecting, developing, and closing new business accounts within UK/Ireland.
  • Develop relationships at C-Level and Board level Executives and interact with influencers and decision-makers to understand requirements.
  • Carry a sales target and deliver on the revenue and booking targets.
  • Create an account target list with specific penetration plans for each prospective entity.
  • Create and develop solution selling strategy to successfully penetrate and gain new accounts.
  • Be a "hunter", utilize and maintain an existing professional network to generate new business opportunities.
  • Achieve sales quota goals, drive and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales numbers.

What you need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant years of experience in lieu of degree.
  • At least 15 years’ experience in New Business Sales at enterprise level.
  • Experience selling cyber security services and solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and interact in a trusted engagement with C-level executives.
  • Ability to identify, access, and engage with Executive Management.
  • Experience in driving consultative sales approaches and engaging in creative discussion defining solutions and services with customers.
  • Technical and business acumen (ability to discuss general business direction, security trends, technology implementation, networking, and general market trends).
  • Proven track record of exceeding assigned sales quotas and demonstration of experience in closing.
  • Ability to think outside the box.
  • Driven, smart, and self-motivated relationship builder.
