You Are:
A dynamic Global Head of Sales Engineering & Solutioning looking for a growth opportunity. This is a strategic role, focusing not only on sales engineering but also on leadership and cross-functional collaboration. You truly have the ability to come into our organisation and make a direct impact.

The Opportunity:
Leadership & Team Development:
- Mentorship & Development: You\’ll be expected to lead and mentor a team of Presales Engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, offering regular feedback, and creating development pathways for team members. This includes focusing on both technical skills and consultative expertise.
- Team Performance & Collaboration: Managing a high-performing team while ensuring they work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
Strategic Engagement & Customer Outcomes:
- Presales Strategy & Execution: Crafting a detailed presales strategy that aligns with the overall sales goals and customer needs; refining existing methodologies and optimising processes for better customer outcomes. Ensuring these processes are adaptable as the company scales will be key.
- Customer Journey: Have a direct impact on the customer experience, from technical discovery through to post-sales. Building strong relationships with prospects and ensuring that the technical solutions are aligned with their business objectives
Technical Discovery & Solution Design: Ensuring smooth technical integrations, scalability, and compliance across a range of offerings
- Proof of Concept (POC) & Demos: Overseeing POCs and demos that resonate with stakeholders; crafting these engagements with a focus on the technical needs and business outcomes of prospects
Sales Enablement & Product Feedback:
- Sales Enablement: Supporting the sales team with competitive differentiators, use case examples, and technical insights is an ongoing part of the role.
- Product Feedback: Acting as a liaison between the customer and the product team will require you to collect customer feedback, pinpoint gaps, and advocate for necessary enhancements to the services roadmap.
What you need:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant years of experience in lieu of degree
- At least 15 years’ experience in sales engineering and solutioning at enterprise level
- Extensive experience of cyber security services and solutions
- A track record of managing teams and guiding technical discovery
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and interact in a trusted engagement with C-level executives
- Technical and business acumen (ability to discuss general business direction, security trends, technology implementation, networking, and general market trends)
- Thought leadership – ability to drive growth
- Driven, smart, and self-motivated
